East Kent Railway
6th June 2005 to 19th September 2006

The East Kent Railway has no steam services, but is home to a number of preserved electric and diesel multiple units, plus some diesel shunters and unique Motor Luggage Vans that can use their own battery power in addition to the third rail. These units are being restored. The shots in this collection show the situation during visits on 6 June 2005 and 19 September 2006, when a new extension to Wigmore Lane had been opened.
