Within the rubbish and undergrowth inside the engineering compound is this small hut, which was, perhaps, used by a shunter. Although it was not noticed at the time, when the picture was processed a face appears to be in the bottom left hand window. The local vandals clearly get everywhere.... 02.03.2009

Spa Valley Railway - Extension to Eridge

Looking north from Platform 1 at Eridge Station with a longer lens. The undergrowth has been cleared from around the old bracket signal and the milepost is revealed. 02.03.2009Previous | NextContractors are currently working to install services inside the refurbished Gents on the Spa Valley platform, and metal fences and a temporary access can be seen which are part of the works. The edge of the platform had been marked out, presumably ahead of some repair work. 02.03.2009
